Supplies- 1 cup flower
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup colored water (use food coloring)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Mix in heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. It will form a rubbery ball. Stir with wooden spoon. Store in airtight container.
