Broccoli Rice with Peanuts

Ingredients
  • 1 can (13-3/4 ounces) chicken broth
  • 1 package (10 ounces) broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup coarsley chopped peanuts or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 cups MINUTE brown rice

Stir broth, broccoli, peanuts, soy sauce and garlic powder in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Recipe makes 4 servings.
