- 30 oz. chicken broth
- 2 pounds chicken, cooked
- 15 oz. black beans, drained
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 10 oz. diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
In a large stock pot, add all the ingredients together.
Cover and set to low/medium and cook for 40 minutes.
