Ingredients
- Fresh peaches
- Honey
- Basil leaves
- Salt
- Mozzarella or Goat Cheese
Pit peaches and cut into bite-size pieces.
Place the peaches in a bowl, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
Gently fold in basil and cheese.
